Placed an order with the dogdays promo code. Paid for expedited shipping so that the items would come on Friday (AC has a wedding on Sunday). Still has not shipped as of today. Called NMLC and they said that all new accounts go through a manual review before shipping and they will try to get ours expedited but it may not come until next week.

Store said try a few weeks you will like it
Then store says can’t take back
Company won’t help since purchased in store
