I just opened a new account in the app and loaded it with $10 via MasterPass Checkout, I automatically received $15 on my account and a new account free drink coupon.

Yes, it’s a bit misleading. The header says Spend $5 This Week = Earn 150 Bonus Points! But the fine print says Orders must total $5 before tax.
So if i do two orders of 2.99 this week, I won’t receive the bonus points?
As I read it again, I guess I’m interpreting “Orders must total $5 before tax” to mean that it must be a single order, but I suppose it really could be read differently.

Is this one time per day for every DD account or for every Masterpass account? Can I use the same masterpass account in one day to add to my account and my wife’s account?
What does this mean “DD Card value may not exceed $100.” I currently have over $100 in my DD account, would this mean I cannot participate in the promo… under this account?

Confirmed that it is $5 per day. I just did the second day and it worked.
Also, it does not work with separate DD accounts using the same Masterpass account in one day. It looks like it is one per Masterpass account per day.

When I go to MasterPass it only let’s me sign in if I have a Capital One card. Is there another way that I’m missing?
