The code seemed to work, but it still wanted a credit card and by the time I filled it out, my cart was back to 1.99.
Now the code won’t work anymore. ‍♂️

I just got through to someone from Walgreens via chat. She said that the code will only work for stores that can provide same day pick up. I tried to find a store but only one store was available- 3 miles away- not in a location to make it worth my while.
Ok, I figured it out. You must use same day pickup. The code doesn’t work for any other type of shipping, including free ship to store. My regular store offered ship to store, but not same day pickup, so it wasn’t working. I switched to another store and it went through. Thanks.

Confirmed. It works if you select a store that has same day pick up available.
The only stores that had same day were too far (use the store locator to see which ones can offer it as same day). I found a code for 50% off. Use code CARDDEAL. It came out to $1.08 with tax. Well worth it so I don’t have to Shlep.
