I’m a Globalist with 7 reservations during the promo period, and each was made thru the app prior to the promotion
Why offer any incentives to make your best guests cancel and rebook? Kind of a hassle. Some were booked with certificates so I couldn’t book a new night before cancelling the old. Risk of it disappearing. Also all my existing reservations had preferences and notes already attached by contacts at the property.
