Is this a “laptop” or more similar to a chromebook?
It’s a bare bones laptop. Chromebooks tend to be smaller and run on chrome, not windows.

Is this upgradable?
Good point with just 64 GB of storage you basically are maxed out after installing the operation system
It’s a decent system as is for the price they are asking… if you work mostly on the web. Plenty of storage and memory to install Adobe Reader and LibreOffice. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it for gaming, streaming, software development, etc. Windows 10 should only use about 20GB of storage, just don’t store your pix locally and you’ll be fine.
