It says dinner, so I’d guess no.
I just called them and you need to be a member of el al to get the discount.
They will ask you for your ID number

The dessert that they only have at lunch is excellent.

Had a dinner there earlier this year. Food was excellent! Service was great!
Food was great. They did honor but needed your Elal ID number. Def worth it with the 20% off.
Had dinner with party of 6 but they said that the promo is not for parties of 6 or more, told them that there are no restrictions on the el el email so they split the bill 2 and 4 but had to provide 2 different matmid #’s
