I went into the link to sign up for a Sams Club membership but it’s asking for payment of the membership fee. How long will it take for the email to show up? Or do I have to pay first and then I receive the gift card later?

I’m so disappointed that although it says limit 2 per member in bold, it has limit 1 in very faint type lower on the page. I ‘chatted’ with a Sams Club customer service rep who said it was a mistake and she couldn’t help. And because they put a limit on purchasing it can’t be price matched.
