They aren’t honoring the coupon – it’s not a Staples coupon. If you don’t want the filler item, you should cancel your order.

I did get a confirmation, was for filler item only. I called and cancelled.
Noticing that within minutes of the announcement the deal is already dead. And much of the merchandise is nothing more than garage sale type items that aren’t with pursuing if you consider your time valuable.

I received an email for the filler, without the shredder, so they added ten bucks for shipping! So now they want charge me 11.23 for a pen filler! Any ideas for best way to not pay? Deny package may not be an option, as I may not be home. Call and talk to them, tomorrow is erev Pesach (for those that may have forgotten). Just deny CC charge? Because I did only agree to a 67 cent charge

The staples online chat helps, they told me i get fully refunded with the online return and they told me I can keep the pen.

They are not honoring the coupon, yes I called since there was nothing to loss after all the lose other people called. Once I was on the phone with them they were able to cancel my order so I don’t get charged for the pen refills which I don’t need. So if your time is worthless you can call up to cancel the pen refills and save 75 cents or so. If the shredder did make it onto your confirmation email you will probably be charged for it, so call up and cancel. Good try anyways Dan! Have an awesome peasach!

Unit arrived yesterday.
I called staples because they delivered the pen, even though I never got a confirmation of the order. They told me they had to cancel 6,000 orders because the coupon did not apply to the shredder.

Confirmed order initially when placed on Sunday , but got an email late Monday that order is being cancelled. Called today to ask why and was told that that coupon was only meant for a few more expensive models and they were not honoring the glitch.
