What does “Medium to low heat only” mean? Does that mean the set does not do well under high heat?!

I purchased this in the past. Absolute junk. All the handles were shaky within 2 months. Returned it.
jack12 – you dont want to cook in non-stick aluminum. 1 – the teflon non stick surface releases chemicals – and use of aluminum has been connected to Alzheimers. Stainless steel or iron is the way to go.
I got it for Pesach,it worked great!
These pots stain easily. Very difficult to clean if you burn something.
Please note that the pots are “Medium to low heat only “(as stated on the website). I wonder how you boil water on medium to low heat?
