The Merge are apparently not so comfortable. For those looking for headphones, TJ MAxx and Marshalls usually have skullcandy brand for around $8, too.

Me too My order was canceled. Anyone that complains and gets reimbursement for anything write it on here . I think we all should try
I did call and complain. The rep was really nice and said she would honor the discount (of 30-something off). She gave me options for other headphones, many of which were expensive. I eventually selected a cheaper pair and they sent it for free since it’s cost was less than the discount.
