Generally the cars from the airport are the newest cars available. I only will get you cars from major reliable companies, like budget, shlomo sixt, hertz etc.

Where do u return the car? when we rented at new terminal, somehow when we came to retun we needed to drive in circles to OLD one to return, which cost us 45 extra minutes and expensive fee for gas at rental rate.

The return center is on airport grounds, you need to take a shuttle from the return center to the terminal.
There are signs right when you enter the airport to the car rental return center. Just Keep Right, you should be fine.

“return center” is only for Hertz-Budget-Sixt etc. BUT with Avis and Eldan the return is AT terminal 3!!
