Is zika still a concern in PR?
It doesn’t seem like there have been any reports of Zika in any US territories since 2018.

Was looking at the hotels which Chabad has a special arrangement with. I think the Fairmont El San Juan takes the prize for one of the worst values I’ve seen in my life. It’ll cost $33.60 to microwave a piece of chicken or a breakfast pancake for you…. “We can provide proper storage in our freezer for $15.00 plus taxes; this is a one-time only charge per stay.
Our In Room Dinning Team will assist you with the service and preparation of your meals, for assistance contact us. In-Room Dinning is available from 6am – 10pm, seven days a week; please call 2 hours prior to the time you require the specific food item to be delivered to you. For re-heating, handling and service the following fees apply $25.00, per meal plus a $3.00 delivery charge, 20% gratuity and taxes”
Do what I do, travel with a toaster oven 🙂
Plus ridiculous resort fees that can make a room cost $1,000 a night. You would think you’re in the Maldives or something.
You’d think the resort fee would cover the cost of refrigerating your kosher food. Its an extra $30. Hey, but at least you get free calling to 1800 numbers, a free USA Today, and a cup of drinking water at the front desk with that resort fee
Dan can I book using my chase rewards and still get the benefits of being a united explorer cardholder?
I recently booked a with chase ultimate rewards and left a very small portion over in dollars and used my united card to book the rest and I still had problems getting my free checked bag…
No you can’t. When you buy a ticket through chase travel portal, they pay United with their cc so even if you paid with a part with your United card, United doesn’t see that. I’ve tried booking a cheaper flight through the portal, changing it through the United website to a more expensive ticket and paying the difference with my United cc but that still didn’t work. There is a workaround in the archives that Dan discusses but it was too complicated for me. If you want the free bags with the United card, you gotta use the United card (annoying, I know).
Thank you. Can you post a link to that archive. Maybe I would attempt to try
