Booked one and getting error messages on the second reservation. Logged out and still getting error messages. Holding with SW to see what’s what and will post after I speak with them.

Looks like my problem was due to date and destination.
Can we make a flight for those dates and then use their super generous change rules and change to earlier dates?
Presumably next time they activate the no change fee policy.
Don’t count on it, being that the most recent time they offered (late last week and it may still be active) it was very route and time specific
I have some Southwest travel bank credits that I would like to use up before they expire (in December). Is there any downside to using those credits to make some speculative bookings? I.e. if I end up canceling those tickets will I just receive the travel credits back and the expiration date won’t change?
They will expire on the original expiration date. The only way to extend the expiration date is to call Southwest and ask them to transfer it to a travel voucher, for which they charge $100/ticket changed (which is worth it if the credit is well over that amount). They take the money directly from the credit you don’t have to pay again out of pocket.
Prices look the same with and without the code
Any way to get a refund if I end up cancelling?
Still showing 50% off but the base price is practically double what it was on Tuesday.
