Etihad is now flying 2 weekly Dreamliners between Tel Aviv and Abu Dhabi through May 30th. Starting June 1 they plan to fly a daily A321.
They have an excellent $98 fare from Tel Aviv to Abu Dhabi, so you can fly one-way to Abu Dhabi and book a one-way flight back from Dubai to Israel. Or you can fly round-trip from Tel Aviv to Abu Dhabi for $198.
Abu Dhabi is home to the world’s fastest roller coaster, the beautiful Sheikh Zayed Mosque, and the fantastic category 6 Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi. It’s an easy 75 minute drive between Abu Dhabi and Dubai, just beware of the speed cameras!

Islam is a monotheistic religion and there are no halachic issues that I’m aware of. I asked my LOR before going there, though I didn’t enter the actual prayer room, which is reserved for Muslims only anyway.
