Air France Flying Blue’s promo awards for August have been released.

Promo awards are nonrefundable and non-changeable. They also have fuel surcharges.

You can find valid origin cities above and then login to an Air France account to search for award space. On this page you can search for awards and click on “You are looking for a flight around these dates” to access the flexible award calendar.

From NYC you can only book coach travel to Paris on sale for 11K miles each way. Valid dates are 9/30-11/29:

 

From Boston you can book coach travel to Europe, Israel, and Russia. Boston to Israel is 19.5K miles each way. Valid dates are 9/30-11/29:

 

From Vancouver you can book coach or business class travel to Europe, Israel, and Russia. Vancouver to Israel is 21,750 miles each way in coach or 39,750 miles in business class. Valid dates are 9/30-11/29:


Discounted fares are also available from Calgary and Edmonton.

You can transfer points from AMEX, Barclays, Chase, Citibank, or Starwood to Flying Blue.

You can also get a 30% bonus when you transfer Citi ThankYou points into Flying Blue miles through 8/29. Citi point transfers require that you have a Citi Premier, Prestige, or Chairman card.

For a limited time only, you can earn 60K points with the Citi Premier Card by spending $4K within 3 months:

 

The Citi Premier card’s $95 annual fee is waived for the first year. Plus you can earn 3 points per dollar on travel and gas and 2 points per dollar on dining and entertainment.
