Costco.com rarely has anything that’s also available in stores, they try to have totally distinct inventories.
All LA-area Costcos should have ’em.

Yes as Dan said the $12 lunch special is in BH. I went there today with my wife. You get three courses; salad, choice of hamburger or chicken cub, and ice cream(a small scoop).
All in all a good kosher meal for $12
