If you login and get a blank screen you are not targeted for this offer. If the activate button doesn’t work for you on the desktop site, try it on the mobile site.

The accounts this this offer had Discover as the default card. Other accounts didn’t have Discover as default card. I don’t know if this was a coincidence.
