How are these guys able to get big supplies of these products at low enough prices to be able to sell them? Are they stolen? What are we missing? E.g., iPad Air normally $599 vs. here at $490

Apple sells them to retailers at a discount for them to make money but required official stores to sell them at full price.
These guys get their hands on excess retail inventory but aren’t subject to Apple’s minimum sell price.
