Logged in as a reward member, but having problems getting free shipping?
On the last checkout page, in the “Staples Customer Numbers” section click on the “edit number” button, and then click OK without actually changing the customer number.
It should then display free shipping!
shipping in only free if you earned the “higher” tier (i.e. spent $1,000 or more in a year)
Dan’s method to get free shipping worked for me.
(And I did not spend anywhere near $1,000 at Staples.)

I ordered it but they just sent me an email that it was a mistake and they did not have enough supplies and if I still want it they can sent it to me when it comes back into stock with a $20 mail in rebate and $20 coupon for your next shopping at staples.
