Just got ship notification for two orders of 9 each. Weight is listed as 3 lbs on the UPS notification. Add on items were candy that probably weigh close to 3 lbs. Not sure what’s coming, but should be delivered tomorrow.

The filler items are all on the way, but none of these orders show up in my google express account, and I have not received any cancellation emails. But again the order number should for 7 orders donât show in my account, so I guess cancelled with zero communication. I donât know how they expect to compete with Amazon with this type of service. Processing part of th order without communicating? Weak

i just received a cancelation of my order from google
sent them an email about the paper towels and received a $15 coupon. I sent a separate email complaining about the other items that i didn’t receive. (I only received 1 out of 5 items ordered and they just sent a $10 coupon. So all in all, I have a $25 savings on my next order. Google Express is the best at keeping customers happy and wanting to come back.

I also got a cancellation of JUST the paper towels. I do not think they can do that under contract law (although I havent read the fine print). Annoyed becuase I bought other items at inflated prices to get free shipping.
Call and ask for a refund of those items or else return them.
