These are only available in stores. At my local store that had dozens in stock, which is probably why they are on such a massive clearance…the good news is that they work quite well!
You may want to call your local Home Depot to check availability, the SKU# is 682101.

2 Cleveland area locations still have ’em.
I checked with Home Depot, Warren, OH, Sunday 9/7/08 and was told these are considered seasonal items and are due to arrive in about 2 weeks.
