Its in the fine=-print, 25 off 100 will not work of GC
I tried all sorts of GCs (VGC, stores, …) and none work. I also tried various combinations (like $100 GC plus $30 items), but their new system doesn’t count ANY kind of GC toward the total required to be eligible for the deal. I also can’t find anything that I need to buy.

Is this for new enrollment? Does it work for already enrolled cards?
Does VISA Checkout maintain a site where all current offers like this are shown? Seems hit and miss.
