Dan, or does anyone know, where I can get a free DVD player to make my DVD play on my computer. I am talking about something like WinDVD etc. etc. Basicly I reinstalled windows a while back and ever since then, whe I try playing a DVD it says I need a DVD Decoder or something like that. I think I need something like WinDVD. Any help would be great. Thanks,
verification code is case sensitive
Thanks!!!
It is not working
Just use the myriads of free open source DVD rippers http://www.technobuzz.net/9-free-dvd-ripper-tools/
ha ha! why would anybody who wants to illegally rip dvd’s pay for the program?!
@ Mendy
try VLC it will play anything
@Eli: Whats VLC? Please help me. Thanks,
Google VLC player
@mendy
the best thing to do is download a codec pack called k-lite, it comes with Media player classic which in my opinion is a much greater player then Windows media player, vlc or any others. It has great options and you can increase the sound through filters to a level much higher then any other program i’ve tried.
parenthetically i use cnet.com to download anything i need as they officially test all software to make sure that its virus free.
Is this company legitimate? They claim to have a five-star award from cnet, but when I searched for dvdfast on cnet nothing shows up.
+1 on VLC its a small program and can play basically anything you throw at it
