i ordered one…but they said there is a $1.49 charge for under 5$ orders??
does the 1.50 fee for orders under 5$ apply?

It does not apply for this order as it goes by the $6.49 pre-coupon price.
Notice if you order other items from CVS that cost under $5 they charge the $1.49 fee online during the checkout process, but for this they do not charge the fee.
