Update, 4/29: Follow along with my travels to Amsterdam and JJ’s travels down under on Instagram @DansDeals!

Regular site posting will resume next week.

Please note: This is a stickied post, please scroll down for new posts.

The Jewish holiday of Pesach runs through April 27th.

My brother and fellow DansDeals contributor JJ took advantage of the Air New Zealand business class glitch and is down under for the holiday. He’s spending a few weeks in and around Melbourne, Sydney, Cairns, and Tasmania, following part of the itinerary Mimi and I did 9 years ago.

I’m booked after Pesach on Delta One A350 suites for a quick jaunt to Amsterdam with the incredible 98K Skypesos round-trip promotion. Feel free to post your Amsterdam tips in the comments and follow my travels on Instagram!

Site updates will be sporadic for the next 2 weeks, but you can always stay on top of new deals by signing up for deal alerts. Please note that comments left during this time may take several days until they are approved and published.

On a fun note, DDF member Redbull3 released another of his “misheard ballplayer lyrics” songs on his @DonZemmer Twitter page, to the tune of Yaakov Shwecky’s Vehi Sheamda:

And finally an oldie but goodie from JetBlue:

Looking forward to eating Matzah and spending lots of quality offline time with friends and family.

Happy holidays!

-Dan

Chag Kasher v’Sameyach Dan! Next year in Jerusalem!

  8. Shaul

Canal tour (pay a couple bucks extra for the live guide one – it was semi-private with maybe 10 people total on board), Anne Frank House if you can get tickets day of, Portuguese shul tour (and then go back from Shabbos shacahris if you are there – I strongly recommend the tour before you go for davening). If you are into art, I thought Van Gough was much better than Rijks.

I think you can pass on the Jewish Museum and Rijks.

H’Baron is the only noteworthy restaurant now that Sal Meyer closed.

  9. Giethoorn

You have the Venice of Holland, it’s called ‘Giethoorn’.
I’ve been there lately and it’s gorgeous.
If you need more info i’ll be glad to share it with you.
