Get A Text Message Whenever A Deal Is Posted

Late last week for whatever reason Twitter seems to have disabled text alerts for many people who were getting a text message whenever a new deal was posted.
I’m aware of this because several hundred of you have been emailing me either telling me of that fact or asking that I turn it back on for their Twitter handle.
There’s nothing I can do on my end, but all you need to do is go through the steps in this post to re-enable text alerts. Once you do that you should be good to go.
Yup I can confirm my Twitter got turned off
Never stopped on mine, although I never got the Guy Fieri knife set deal until you sent out the update via Twitter.

I’m curious if it was just people that never use twitter or not.

@Tim: Mine wasn’t turned off and I valmost never use twitter.
@Tim: I use twitter and it was still shut off. I set it back up again.
My text alerts were turned off but I still received the twitter app notifications.

Sorry dan, but your instruction are very complicating. Its much easyer to write a text message to 40404 follow @dansdeals. Whenever you full off like on page plus every month when replenshing… you text that again and your following again.

mine was shut off last week

It was a one time thing, no ones being targeted. There was a picture going viral that was retweeted so many times that the twitter system crashed
