Get A 20% Bonus When You Transfer AMEX Points To Hawaiian Airlines
You can get 1,200 Hawaiian Airlines miles instantly for every 1,000 AMEX points through 3/21.
Hawaiian’s award chart can be found here.
Hawaiian’s partner award chart can be found here.
You’ll need to login to a Hawaiian Airlines mileage account to search for award space here. Search for one-way travel for best results.
You need 7.5K Hawaiian miles for a one-way saver interisland award, so that will be just 6.25K AMEX points with this promo.
Theoretically, you need 40K Hawaiian miles for a one-way business saver award from the mainland to Honolulu, which is just 33.3K AMEX points with this promo. However business saver awards are notoriously hard to find and there’s no award calendar, though they do exist. I wouldn’t speculatively transfer points for this, but if it’s available, then this bonus will make it even sweeter.
You need 60K Hawaiian miles in coach or 125K in business class for a round-trip Virgin Atlantic award from NYC-London, so that will be 50K or 104.1K AMEX points with this promo. Plus there are no fuel surcharges. You’ll have to call Hawaiian to book partner award travel.
AMEX cards with transferable Membership Rewards points include:
- AMEX Blue Business Plus
- AMEX Platinum Business
- AMEX Gold Business Card
- AMEX Gold Consumer Card
- AMEX Green Consumer Card
- AMEX Platinum Consumer Card
- AMEX Everyday Preferred Consumer Card
- AMEX Everyday Consumer Card
Will you transfer points to Hawaiian with this bonus?
I see a 20% offer for AeroMexico (Club Premier) as well
I’m not aware of any good redemptions with that.
Thanks
Some decent Delta awards on certain routes. They do seem to have better availability than other partners.
What have you booked with Hawaiien ?
@Dan,
I would use the points for NYC to London. Is there plenty of availability if using partner airlines?
Also, what are the approximate taxes?
Can you book one ways with partners? Like virgin Atlantic to London?
