They’ve cancelled a bunch of my orders under the guise of “Technical error”. Ridiculous. Contacting them now to try to make this up.
What did customer service say?
I got a supervisor on the line who acquiesced and is going to allow a one time 5$ promotional reward per-item cancelled. Pretty good considering each order was under 5$ anyway. And a few shipped.
They cancelled all 3 of my orders, claiming an “isolated technical problem”. Isolated?? My foot.
All (4) orders cancelled
They so far canceled 3 out 6 of my orders…. חוצפה!!!
4 arrived. 3 cancelled. 4 more to see what will happen

Package was shipped but delayed, red flag..
Order delivered today. 1 night stand for 1.20
Chatted with a rep regarding two cancelled orders. He said to reorder and then chat back once delivered for a refund of the difference to bring it back to the cheaper price.
