Excuses usually are “Because of COVID…”, “Because our prices are so rock bottom low-priced….”, “Because we want to protect our workers and customers….”.
Works out better for me in most cases. Easier and cheaper to file return protection than to make a return 🙂
Very true. I just find it funny when some retailers say that refusing returns is actually better/more caring for the customer. It’s like the airlines telling us that basic economy (with its restrictions) is actually giving us more options and ultimately better for the customer.

Never buy on a site that doesn’t offer returns, since you never know the exact fit and look. Think of how many dresses and sizes you try on in your local store before making a purchase, and still run back a day later for another size or because you changed your mind that you don’t really like the dress.
