they just canceled my order. i called and the rep said it was an “unauthorized code” and thats why it was canceled. i dont get it, was this a glitch or a sale??? Dan, is there anything to be done?

Did a order of 800 dollars and got canceled
My order was cancelled. They told me that it was an unauthorized web site. However, my credit card says the order has posted. Now I am concerned about my credit card being in unauthorized hands. What do I do now?
I ordered these yesterday at 6:30 pm & they sent me 3 confirmations that it went through but was back ordered. I just got another email that it’s “out of stock”. Looking at the bottom of email it says that order was cancelled & I won’t be charged. I’m very disappointed. They better not charge my card! I’m still going to call them and make them send it because I have the previous emails that say it’s going to ship when they get more. I can wait…..
I just got a cryptic “shipping confirmation” email that says “sold out” in the status. Then at the bottom of the email it says “if your status shows “sold out”, it means this item has been canceled and will not ship. Your card will not be charged for this item.”
Any ideas?

I had 2 orders cancelled……absolutely ridiculous. Anything we can do?
I just called them because I ordered on June 9 and got an order confirmation,a few hours later I got a shipping confirmation that said back ordered, but my American Express had the amount pending. On June 11 I got another Shipping Confirmation that said it was sold out and that the order was cancelled. I didn’t see it on my American Express link. I just called them and they said they have no more left. I asked them to send me something comparable or that I would wait for them to restock. They said they don’t do that and the next available v-neck is $17.99. Its not like its a discontinued item. It’s probably one of their best sellers. I told her it was cheaper in a department store. She said if she was me she would go to Walmart because ordering from the company is the most expensive and even though she works there she wouldn’t buy from them directly. So there you have it.
Did anyone receive their product is it’s been over 10 days since they shipped it?
I called them up after 12 days sincse i made My order, (i recived confirmation email and shipping confirmation) and i didnt recieve it, they claimed my order was cancled, they dont offer this product anymore, it was thrugh a third party site… I argued, and they will be shipping me one pack of 3 undershirts for free, but they cancled thr rest of the order

They cancelled all orders on this. The lady on the phone was very nasty and said that this is something that got posted to a “deals” site and they had an influx of orders and that the promotion on this item was supposed to have ended in January. They are not honoring any of the orders because they all came from the deals sites.
I also got my order cancelled after receiving a shipping confirmation. However, they didn’t tell me it was cancelled, I just put a tracer on the non-existent package. By email, today, they offered me three free t-shirts, just as Mendy received, and a $5 off $10 for a future order. I thanked them!
