Ive been using their shirts the last 2 years. Cant vouch for them in good faith. They rip after 6 months on the elbows and such. Great return policy though. Just go to the store and they have taken it back for me and let me get new ones… Hate to do that
for the first two links that you posted, the difference between the shirts is that the first one is a buttoned down collar while the second one is a straight collar

Agree that quality is terrible due to easy ripping of material. As previous poster mentioned, generous returns but not worth the hassle.
