Just as an FYI, when I ordered the ‘K’ cups, they were already Sold Out and it put them on Backorder. I just got notification that they are being shipped and it did apply the coupon plus, even though the price went up to $11.99, I was locked into the lower price.

Nightmare. So I got the sanitizer pretty quick. Then I got an updated shipping date email on March 2 that upped the price to regular for my 5 boxes of k-cups. Then today the box arrives and it’s EMPTY. Call them on the phone and it’s a foreign outsourced call center with very low level of intelligence. Finally got a supervisor. “No problem, no problem” apologies galore – but tries to put through the order and it’s no longer in stock. Offers more expensive ones with no coupon. Cancelled the order. Have sneaking suspicion they’ll even screw that up. (Oh, and they did hit my card with the more expensive coupon-less charge even though I have confirmation email from original. Ridiculous. Office Depot does not know ecommerce and I hope they fail.
