It finally worked for me. If you checkout as guest and create a password it seems to fail. If you either first create an account or just don’t give a password for a guest checkout, it should work.

Tried 10 times to order online and didn’t go through. I just ended up placing the order on the phone.
First attempt I couldn’t order, when I clicked “payment” it brought me to a page with no place to enter payment, and a different item in my cart (some $99 coffee subscription, perhaps I had that leftover from a previous search of buying options?). Emptied cart, tried again, success.
