I’d suggest a more careful read of the facts.
Perhaps you need to define “fake news” Is there a law suit? Yes. Is her lawsuit valid? The court will decide (actually Starbucks will settle.) This is real person, who worked at Starbucks and was terminated. She claims it was because she refused to wear the LGBT+ Pride Shirt. Just the fact that Starbucks employees wear such shirts is a problem IHMO.
She can claim what she wants, but look at what else she did.
