Yeah, out of stock. They had an option for backorder… but it killed the coupon. It shows $10 off of $50… but will only deduct 8c for some reason making a total of $50.30 for the back ordered chair and the ruler.
Spoke to rep they said dicount will be taken at the time the item that is back ordered is shipped.

The black chair was sold out, but I bought the brown one instead. It came the next day. Then, a day later, there was a truck at my house to hand deliver the 39 cent ruler!
