the last time I printed out a toys r us coupon they didnt accept it at the store..said it wasnt an original..does anyone have experience with this one?

I have a question, I’m not sure where to post it so…
basically I bought a ticket, with my amex, on spirit airlines, i also got insurance, now i didnt end up flying bec i wasnt feeling well but i didnt actually go to the doctor. The insurance company sent me forms to go to the doctor with which are too detailed to even ask my doctor to fill out especially since i didnt even visit him.
I spoke to Amex and they want a credit receipt – not sure what that is and when i spoke to spirit they said talk to the insurance company.
do you have any suggestions as to how i can not lose this $300?

i went to bay pkwy stor of corse the c/s was teling me tha`t its not original pc
i was driving to flatbush ave i went direct to the cashier + 1more anoher item and thei say ok

I went to ToysRUs on Bay Pkwy and there are no train within that price range in stock…
i went to my local store they gave me four trains, my kids love them. and i love the price 77c a piece for tax in my state.

Tried using it in Queens, NY and the coupons were not accepted but they said a new one was beig issued. I guess I will stay tuned and see.
Do you have the new coupon? Toys r us said they don’t accept these anymore only new ones that were e-mailed
