2 great things about these.
1. You can use eBay gift cards that you bought at a discount to buy discounted eBay gift cards.
2. You get 5 points per dollar when buying gift cards from Paypal digital gifts via eBay on an Ink Plus or Ink Cash card. Go figure as to why.

Use your redcard with target.
@Dan you can only buy OTHER discounted gift cards, but not more E-Bay gift cards, as there is a limit to one per account

@Mendel: PayPal digital gifts is ebay’s electronic gift card division. When you’re buying from ebay, notice the box to the right of your selection that has the seller’s information.
