Is this a good screen/deal? My computer monitor just died and want a big good one as replacement
@Gaby, based on the reviews on Amazon and NewEgg, this seems like a decent monitor for the price. A couple people complained of washed out colors, but unless you’re a perfectionist, i wouldn’t care. The other complaints were standard, like bad shipping or a dud.
NewEgg has a refurbished version of this for the same price. This is a new one at that price, good deal. 27″ monitors are indeed awesome (it’s what i’m using right now) especially if you position them close to the floor and look down at them. (Goodbye neck-aches.) Acer is a good company and usually has good quality items. So, if you’re monitor just died, you’re looking for a larger monitor, and you have $150 to spend, i’d say go for it.
