@dan
Are you considering switching to the Flip?
I had the Z flip 2 for 2 weeks and sent it right back as it was too bulky and I had to open the screen each time I need to answer a text which was a pain…
I have the Note 10+ like you
I’ll watch and see. I may bail to the Pixel 6.
The pixels have the added advantage of getting timely updates and later getting updates period.
Samsung kinda has a lock on me with KNOX/Secure Folder.
The Secure Folder allows me to manage 99% of P2 accounts without needing to carry a 2nd phone everywhere
While Samsung Pass for login’s is tolearble.
Although many apps still require the occasional manual login. So being able to store them on a walled off section of the SOC.
I guess I’m also getting to be an old fart – as I don’t get as excited about the new tech and the thought of spending several hours to setup a new phone, verify login credentials – even with Smart Switch has become a chore instead of enthusiasm.
I’ve had a rough experience with Pixel 1 and 3. Both were busted and had endless issues with real poor customer service.
Got $500 from one of those lawsuits, $35 from another.
The worst was the gaslighting. They kept blaming me for the phones issues. Hard reset, soft reset, refurbish replacement. For both phones. It was a nightmare.
So, I really want to move over to Pixel, but they need to release it with a new customer-first strategy.
I’m on Note 10+ right now and I honestly have no need to move anywhere – this phone is a workhorse.
Have you ever tried Samsung’s customer service? You haven’t really experienced customer disservice until you have.
