@bb: I did it like 2 weeks before the end, but a friend of mine did it the last day, and he got his letter already. I think what matters is when u did ur debit card purchases, he did it as soon as he got his card, another friend of mine waited a long time to do his debit card purchases and hasn’t gotten his either so you probably dont have too much to worry about.
