I purchased Beats headphones a couple years ago from Groupon and they weren’t fully functional. I called groupon about it and they explained that some times they sell products like that. They offered me a full refund to return them. I kept them. They weren’t so bad but I figured I would try and save you all a bit of hassle. Cheers
