I called dicks sporting goods to let them know about the price mistake, they said thank you. I made a huge kiddush hashem for all of us and they are cancelling everyones orders Happy Chanukah!

Once you receive your shipment, and they are in your own hands, can you provide your order # so I can complain and say “clearly you had enough to ship to other customers…” Maybe they will be able to do something then?

@dan I spoke to 3 different customer service reps that told me ‘sorry the item is out of stock and that is why my order was cancelled. Finally asked to speak to supervisor who told me that order was actually canceled because it was a pricing error. She basically said that all orders will be canceled as per ‘upper management’. I asked to speak to ‘upper management’. She put in request for them to get in touch with me. Let’s see what happens

I ordered one pair of the studio headphones with expedited shipping and I got the silly email today with their regrets that they are unable to complete the order. I called up and spoke to a supervisor and he basically said there was a corporate directive to cancel all the orders and to offer the customers nothing in exchange.
