I just bought the buds but when I went to the rebate center, I put in the code and the date and it said it couldn’t find it

Is this deal dead? I don’t see how to get it for $99
I believe so. They canceled my order and then when i went to reorder them I couldn’t get the deal.
I had a similar experience. My order was confirmed and shipped, but never actually shipped out. When I called they opened a case but just refunded the money a few days later and said they could not give me the discount if I reorder
