The item on Staples is Dell E2414H and sells for $124 on Amazon, #208 in Monitors category. It is the older version of the monitor contained in this post’s Amazon link. The reselling angle is not quite as enticing.

TigerDirect has the HP LV2311 23″ monitor (same specs, just 23″) for $119.99 with a $20 rebate bringing the price to $99.99. They also have $25 off $100 if you use visa checkout (and you can use this since the pre rebate price is over $100) so that makes it $74.99. Shipping is $9.62 bringing the total price to $84.61. Also, TigerDirect does not charge tax in most states (including New York) so basically this monitor is $25 cheaper for the 1″ smaller. And it has 5.0 star reviews on Amazon (albeit based only on 13 reviews).
