i just bought a laptop from bestbuy 3 weeks ago, and now i see these here, which one of them is the same price, but much better. i bought it with the starwood card, bestbuy won’t take it back after 14 days. so what do i do now? just call starwood and they’ll take it back? is it that simple?

The Starwood card will only take back items up to $300.
Chase Sapphire Preferred takes back up to $500.
is there anything i can do about this, dan? i’d really like to get a refund for my computer and buy this one…

Is there anything wrong with the computer? You can bring it to best buy and speak with a manager to see if they’ll take it back.
i just really like the numberpad on the side, and the one i got didn’t have it. i bought it as it was a great price. (and it has only 4gb ram, whereas this one has 6! i missed their return policy by like 5 days!!

Manager’s do have leeway to take returns if there’s a problem.
