Before you buy this laptop, PLEASE read the reviews. It does not have a regular keyboard, and it does not work well for those who “touch type” (i.e. type without looking at the keyboard).
I purchased this item and ended up returning it. Also, Office Depot’s process for returning online orders is quite unfortunate. You cannot return this item to the store, and they will not provide you with a UPS/FedEx return label. You must wait home all day for an Office Depot courier to come pick up the package, and they don’t always show up on the day they claim they will!
Check out the Inspiron 11 (also available from Office Depot at a price lower than this one). You’ll be happier with that one if you type quickly!
also Windows 8 is terrible.
You can downgrade any Dell Windows 8 computer to Windows 7 with any Dell Windows 7 restore CD.
The SSD is pretty impressive for its price.
Should be Windows 8.1 upgradable.
