which of this is the best deal?

    • Dan

I’d say the 14″ is the best deal and value.

  3. Teddie Suss

@Dan How would you rate this deal?

    • Dan

All 3 are the best I’ve seen all year by a long shot.
The 14″ stands out as particularly great.

  4. ari

what storage should I take for 14′?

    • Dan

Just depends what your needs are, there’s no right answer for that.
Also depends if you’re OK storing stuff on an external hard drive or not.

      • ari

        my question is 256 GB PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 or 256 GB Intel® SSD + 16 GB Intel® Optane™ memory

        • Dan

I haven’t heard a good answer on this.
NVMe is better, but one commenter said the SSD+Optane is also NVMe, in which case SSD+Optane is better.

I wouldn’t lose much sleep over it as they’re both great, just pick one 🙂

          • Baron

I’m pretty sure that only the 16gb of added optane is also nvme though I personally bought 1 of each I have an extra if you want to buy it from me @costprice hellotherenj@gmail.com
