How is the sound? can i use it for a home music player?

  2. D

Does the amex phone credit work for this?

  3. dan

any return policy? what credit card to use dan for most protection?

    • Sruly

You could use the $35 cash back on the Sapphire reserve card

    • Mikes@Micro.com

      50 for the link 10 – 2x the price.
      ~75-90 for the link 20.

No one buys them at msrp but this is still a deal. Especially the link 10, too bad it sold out so quickly.

Actual prices on the web are only a little more than these prices, definitely not the MSRP.

check your chase offers for money back at AT&T i got $35 back for any 2 purchases of $15 dollars or more so 2 50 dollar speakers =$65!

Would this trigger credit? terms are pretty clear only att tv service

      • lazertek

yup i bought portable chargers in the past and it triggered the credit

        • D

With this specific offer? Because usually its att in general this is pretty clear its just for att tv

yeah I’m wondering the same thing, does anyone know? It says the offer is for AT&T TV service… I made 2 speaker orders regardless so I guess we’ll see if the credit comes thru but it says it will take up to 30 days

We couldn’t verify this order 22-230505344185515 really came from you. For your security, we canceled it. Don’t worry. If there was a hold on your card, we’ll release the funds. Let us help you reorder your item(s). Visit an AT&T store. Be sure to bring your identification.

I picked up a link 20 in store. Brought it home, connected to bluetooth and it sounded great. My phone asked if I wanted to update the speaker and got about halfway through and the speaker is bricked. Couldn’t figure out any combination of buttons of the reset pin button to shut it off.

Totally bricked. Anyone know how to fix?

  10. Sam

“We couldn’t verify this order really came from you”? They are full baloney.

    a) They never tried contacting me
    b) What could they not verify? The card is in my name, to my regular billing address, and the identical shipping address

It seems like “seller’s remorse” to me.

    • Mikes@Micro.com

Highly doubt it. I was in the store today amd the maneger said “I see you got one of those speakers we had on sale for $50” which I thought was a strange comment.

Seems like they were on clearance as they have known issues. See my post above. (Be happy you didn’t pay for a bricked speaker.)

I just got my link 20 speaker tonight. It looks great so far. I also made another order for $15.99. So with the promo of $35 off 2 orders of $15 and over with my Freedom Unlimited, the speaker was $26. Good deal. Thanks Dan!

AT&T cancelled my order today, more than 30 days after the order was placed…. is there anything I can do to make them honor it?
