Not on today’s refrigerators. They’re much more complicated than they used to be. The best option for Shabbos is the GE Shabbos Keeper, which is compatible with many GE refrigerators.

Apparently, you aren’t familiar with Sabbath mode. It allows you to leave the food in the over AFTER candle lighting, and also allows you to use it on Yom Tov (check your LOR).

Looks like a nice deal, but am I the only one that thinks there is to much freezer space/not enough refrigerator space? Am I missing something? Looks like the two lower compartments are freezer while the upper two are refrigerator.

That’s because this model is “counter depth”, meaning it’s not as deep as a traditional refrigerator (ergo, the diminished cubic feet).

Home Depot site for this model shows it does have Sabbath mode.
Either way, a magnet works for a fridge that doesn’t have it. No big deal.
Um, these days Sabbath mode does a lot more than keep your lights off (or on in some cases). Sabbath Mode feature puts the refrigerator in a timed defrost mode. It also turns off the icemaker, dispenser, and control touch screens.
So where can I check if this model has Shabbat mode otherwise I need to cancel no? How are all ppl planning to use it?

Taping a small magnet, the size/shape of a US dime coin, to a certain spot on rim of door ( body of fridge, not on doors itself), turns off all lights…… as if door still closed.

you can always complain to whirlpool customer service and they maybe will issue you a voucher/ refund, just like with the brooks brothers as well so it is never a waste of your time if you think about it for a second
I got Samsung washer dryer 2 years ago price mistake. They called me that the model is not available but I can choose a similar model I asked to put the order on hold till I decide. Then I called back to choose a similar model and confirmed the order two weeks later they sent an email that it’s on back order about 2 months later the delivery company called the set up a delivery . and it was delivered and best of all my card was never charged. So sometimes price mistakes do go thru

When the rep got on, I could sense she sounded a bit frazzled and said the site was hacked and all prices were changed and that I could purchase it for the regular price of $ 1899.00. She probably told that hundreds of people before me. When I expressed my disappointment, the call got “lost”…..not sure if she just hung up on me. Oh well….

For some reason I have two orders listed in their system. One is listed as cancelled (and has the correct tax calculated). The second still shows as processing with an estimated delivery date of 1/5/2022 (tax calculated is incorrect). I’m wondering if the one listed as processing will every deliver.
