ordered last time,but still did not get it it says in terms & condition that it could take 4-12 weeks or longer from order date till you receive them.

It’s totally normal for it to take that long. All magazines are like that – they print them at least a month in advance, and if they are skipping that month (since it’s 10 per year, not 12), and you happen to just miss the printing, it could take 3 months – which is 12 weeks.
